Flowers not delivered!!

Paid a premium for same day delivery of flowers for a birthday. 48 hours later no flowers had arrived. Clear instructions, that were in the confirmation email, to leave the flowers at the front door if no answer. Called 'customer service' - and was told the flowers had been taken to the post office. No one had been notified at the delivery address, no message left or email to us to indicate what had happened. Refused to acknowledge error or to offer a refund. It was my mother's 80th birthday so this was profoundly disappointing. User's recommendation: Avoid this company.
