Flowers don’t match picture – wrong exchange rate

Flowers and chocolate delivered did not at all match the photo. They looked poorly and battered, plus cheap other chocolate. Price was given in Australian dollars, but charged in US dollars, which is much more expensive. When contacting Customer Service and informing them about the poor delivery the answer was that the flowers 'can't always be exactly as advertised' and that as stated somewhere in the terms 'deliveries outside of Australia or on an intern. card are charged in US Dollars'. This should have been mentioned on the web page.
