Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, they didnt arrive even though they sent me an email in the morning saying they were on there way £70 wasted. That was yesterday, she still hasnt got them. Im very annoyed. I havent seen my daughter or grandchildren for almost 2yrs because of Covid 19. I thought the flowers would cheer her up a bit. These people make promises they dont keep.
