Order no 3203068 I ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered May 7. I contacted them about the late delivery and they were not sympathetic. These flowers arrived a day late and were a disgrace! When my mom opened the flowers all of the pedals fell off. She called my crying!!! I have left numerous messages for this company. No one answers the phone and I left several messages. I even left several chat messages on their website and have not heard back. I am so embarrassed to have used this company and would like a full refund. Sharon
