I ordered what I thought was a beautiful arrangement, what was delivered was an entirely different arrangement. I complained and was told they can substitute. The website said the arrangement was available today, so why do they need to substitute? I was told that they substituted with dollar value. This is false advertising. If you are unable to make the arrangement as pictured on their website they should say so. The website said free delivery within 25 miles and I was charged $14.99 for delivery. The arrangement also said the 40% and I was not given that discount.. An absolute waste of money. I would never recommend. User's recommendation: DON'T TRUST YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
