Flirt Catalog – Doesn’t Answer Phone or Email

I have waited almost two weeks for a set of boots to be shipped. When I called the toll free number, I sat on hold for 5 minutes. Each time the recording said that I was "Second in line", then "First in line". I called again and I was "Second in line" again. The last time I waited 15 minutes and still no answer. I have emailed the company twice, with no answer. I received my order of rather "cheap quality" clothing and I'm not sure if I should even send it back. I will contact my bank regarding the charge.
