Update by user Oct 28, 2019 20 business days have passed and I have heard nothing from NCL. Original review posted by user Sep 28, 2019 Just completed an Alaska cruise on NCL - we had paid NCLfor the flights from Anchorage to Seattle but NCL did not complete the booking , leaving us stranded at the airport. I had to buy a ticket myself in order to get home. I submitted a claim but NCL says it will take up to 27 business days for them to look at my case. They can book a new cruise in minutes on the phone, but when they need to refund money it is a different matter.
