Good afternoon, I have a flight reservation for three people Sellick, Robertson and Cameron flight number 5151, order number LAK03P, confirmation code NBKSRC. I need to cancel this purchase or rebook it so not to lose out on the money I have paid. I have an email from Wizz air saying I can request a refund as they have changed the flight times. Ive been on the wizz air app and online and there is no clear way of doing this online and on their website it says I need to contact the agency who I booked these flights with to action a refund. How do I go about requesting a refund or changing the flight please? Regards, G.Sellick
