I booked a flexible ticket with eDreams so that i can change my flight dates in case of emegency and i paid extra money for that. Now i want to rebook my return flight to Berlin on 24.08.2021 and i can't do that because eDreams say that it should be done through the Airlines company which is not true because the Airlines doesn't even have my PNR to change the booking. All i need is that eDreams gives me my PNR so that i can change my Flight date eDreams is the worst company i've dealed with to be honest. Worst client service ever!!!
