FLIGHT DELAY on 16-1-21 from Sharjah to Islamabad. It is highly deplorable that Airblue has become a source of continuous tension and anxiety for its customers. Frequent flight delays with extremely poor customer service which even don't bother to inform customer about flight delays results in customers waiting in airport for hours. Management need to look into matter seriously and pay attention to its customers who are suffering from their negligence and indifference. Regards;
