My flight got cancelled by the airline and I need the refund to use the money to buy a new ticket in a different airline. I´ve been trying to contact Kayak and get help on this, and they DONT HELP ME. They even lie and tell me that the airline is refusing the refund (I called the airline and they told me thats´s not true). User's recommendation: Avois buying your ticket throught them. NEVER DO IT.
