I booked a flight from London, Heathrow to Johannesburg for 18 May. My flight was cancelled and I still have not received my refund. I have not had any updates whatsoever either. What is going on with this I have no information whatsoever. Also they were advertising direct flight from London to Johannesburg which were clearly not actually operating at all and when my flight was cancelled they offered me yet another direct flight which was clearly not going to be operating either Julie Lushnikov User's recommendation: Don’t use lastminute.com.
