This airline literally cancelled my flight twice and will not answer the phone to reschedule. Instead they randomly picked whatever day they want me to fly and scheduled it for that day. Tons of customers waiting on refunds from months ago. This airline will go out of business if they continue like this. I've been flying for over 20 years and TAP is literally the worst airline I've ever used. User's recommendation: DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK. YOUR FLIGHT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE SENT SCRAMBLIMG TO TRY AND SOLVE IT WITH NO HELP. I WOULD NOT BE HERE IF WHAT I AM SAYING WAS NOT TRUE.
