My early flight from San Juan to Tampa was changed from around noon to 5pm. I think I should be given other options such as using American Airlines to Miami then American to Tampa. I could still arrive in Tampa as originally scheduled at around 2:30 or 3:00 instead of 7:30. I tried numerous times to talk with Jet Blue but could NEVER get through including when a person a Priceline said theyd connect me but after waiting 25min I gave up. This was my first attempt at using Priceline to co-ordinate my trip and I was very disappointed and will not do it again! User's recommendation: Book trips yourself with major airlines.
