The plastic latch gets stuck inside the door which will not let the door close back and cuts power. You have to hook a wire around it to pull it back into place and once it does it the first time it's every time after that. I've only had this machine 8 weeks and do not use it every day. Lowes has 30 day return policy so I can't exchange it. Worried the replacement part will be the same problem. I love the way the machine works. Very quiet and cleans very well. User's recommendation: Check the door latch.
