Flat produce

I purchase 7-8 six packs of Diet 7up a week why is it about 5-6 bottles are flat and some of the caps are very loose I have even had them where after refrigerated the bottles are sucked in so basically I waste $3-4 a week on bad products I’m starting to think I need to look for a different manufacturer
