Shut off the gas with no notice and never called. We were one day late on the payment. Now we are being told they want to come in the house to turn it back on and that we need to stay by the phone for two days because of we don’t answer they won’t turn it back on. We simply overlooked the due date, we didn’t murder someone. Ridiculous! We have decided to go all electric, because clearly this company has a monopoly on the gas service in the area and are not trustworthy. We also plan to encourage others in our area to do the same. It’s surprisingly easy to do and much less expensive.
