Once I explained that the three bottles of champagne I received were flat and could not be consumed, I was promised a full refund and 2 free deliveries should I want to order again from Drizly. You will have to call the Drizly Pissed Off Customer # found on the internet for resolution. After that, it was fine. User's recommendation: Call the Drizly pissed off # from Internet for results.
