To whom it may concern; I Mrs Guerrero; went into your Clovis Calif. Restaurant on June 10, 2020 we were hungry, and saw that we can done in now perfect, I know and understand we be are under 6ft distance, and that means their will be limited seating as we fine in, ok I get it, that's ok but also by my surprise ,we go in order, we want to eat in restaurant so I said I'll wait, ok placed order told them for dine in ok, when order ready it came up as drive through, so I said like to dine in I said when I placed my order, she said there's no seating, I'll wait why did my order get ready as drive through if you have no table available yet, I said I will wait, she said you have to leave you can't stay, she said go, at that time a table became available as I was disputing my order, so then I saw they left and so I said is that table available, someone else said yes so we go sit down...Now we sit to eat I took drink of my drink I ordered a soda it was a tea, so be went up to ask for my soda not tea ok, then I said you didn't place or ask if I wanted hot sauces, and I said I need forks and spoons, their was no napkins, and no plates so I asked for them,. You know I went in to enjoy my food after all this time of waiting to do this again, to enjoy my meal, and I received this kind of service, at least courtesy to let me know correctly about having to wait to dine in, and if I chose to I needed to wait outside or they could of told me where to wait to be able to eat inside, I then could of said that's ok I'll go somewhere else if that's to much trouble, not making my order to go and not even asking if I wanted hot sauce and plates, They don't know I don't live in town and can't go home to eat, I will have to go park and eat outside somewhere.. I just liked more courtesy.. to enjoy and be happy to sit down to enjoy my meal.. I am not happy with that service after all this virus...please train your team, how to serve Like Denny's they let you know you have a wait, and call you as soon as a table becomes available????!!!!! User's recommendation: I know changed has to be done at this time, so train your team to be courtious and polite to serve with correct attitude. Mistakes happen but look at how they will like to be served with courtisy, and good explanation, as we make the changes together....
