Truly Nolen that services 33322 zip code in Sunrise Florida is awful. I have tried numerous times to touch base with our contact Belinda at 954 227 **** and she NEVER answers. I left a message for her today and was told no one knew if she was in so the young man I spoke with left a message for her supervisor, David, and I was told he would call me back today. That never happened. This is not the first time this scenario has occurred. Their service is more than lackluster and the employees are clueless. Check out FleaBusters or Bug Off Pest Control instead. What ever you do, stay away from this company that has no idea what the meaning of keeping their word is or what excellent customer service involves.
