Find Another Bank

Getting through to customer service is a joke. After several attempts and many hours waiting, I gave up. I will move my account to a more customer friendly bank. Don't even try to do a wire transfer. It will cost you $35 bucks and you have to go into a branch and complete a form. No other bank is this backward. User's recommendation: Find Another Bank.
