Find a way to contact customer service direct to see if they are willing to work with you

I got a NutriBullet 900 as a gift. It worked great for about 2 weeks then the base stopped accepting the blender piece. Not matter how hard I push and turn and shift to different knotches it just does not work. The blender is useless. I cant return it because I have no receipt. Can I return it to the manufacture for a replacement or take a picture of it or Video it to prove that this problem exists? I am not looking for a refund as I like my blender, I just want one that works.
