I have sold 7 people on shark products. I myself have had 4.. In 3 yrs. That is a bit ridiculous and all fool me to keep buying them. NO more. I am over your vacuum company and will now be converted to DYSON. All 4 of my sharks have bit the the dust. A total waste of hard earned money. Almost$ 900.00!! Each one has a serious design flaw. I ve had 2 uprights and 2 sticks. Crap. The hose on each one of them split to where not even duct tape could fix it. My upright lift away is absolutely useless. $300.00 and it lasted 2 years. Pretty sure all the others that have sharks will be rendered USELESS too. I just hope they people dont blame me. Had to let this be said. Your product is expensive and cheap. Will never buy another. User's recommendation: Don t buy shark.
