Filthy couch delivered after online purchase followed by no feedback after numerous calls and emails

A 3-piece couch set was delivered at 2pm on Monday 15 March. Upon opening the boxes, it was clear that the couch is dirty and shop soiled. WhatsApp sent 15 March 18h21. Call made to call centre (Cameron) at 08h01, email with photos sent at 08h31, call made to call centre (Shaun) at 12h19, another email sent at 14h24; another email sent at 15h45, another call (Njabulo) made at 16h15. Awaiting feeding back which only now heard takes 24 to 48 hours. In the interim, the dirty couch (in Covid-19!!!) sits in a pensioner's home. Disgusting service.
