Update by user Apr 07, 2021 found a number and called. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. they refuse to fix thier issue and can not tell me where the FRAUDULENT data came from. It was false info and now I am having to play their stupid games to get THEIR FELONY FRAUD removed. IDIOTS, THEIVES, AND CRIMINALS! User's recommendation: NEVER USE CAR FAX, DO NOT USE DEALERS THE USE CARFAX.
