I had trash pickup service with Advance Disposal in Forsyth County Georgia, and their routes were purchased by Waste Management in the spring of 2021. I had paid in advance for service with Advance Disposal through June 30. The trash was not picked up during the transition process, and I hired a new company to get our trash. I cancelled service with Waste Management on May 26, 2021, and received a bill for $75 for "cart pickup". I was credited for 5 weeks of prepaid service, but charged taxes, fuel surcharge, for a total due of $67.19. I would like this charge deleted.
