Survey Junkie blocked me from going into my account stating unauthorized use. I contacted th numerous times asking what they meant and they didn't answer. They sent me a postcard with a 12 digit code which according to them all I had to do was enter it into Redeem my points and I would be able to claim my points which are valued at $14.41 but instead after I entered the code it said my account was under review. I have emailed again but no reply. All I want is the money I am entitled to User's recommendation: Don't trust this company.
