Feel let down as long time customer

Well I had to get rid of some rubbish urgently and needed a temporary Increase of my overdraft for one month and they used external company to make decisions so I was turned down! Good customer service not !! Then they expect me to pay them £2 and £20 per month for a digital account and contents insurance so I have decided they can do one and I am gonna shut both accounts As a customer of 15 year plus I thought they would be more interested with keeping me as a customer but seems it just your money they want ? Shame on your banking system natwest User's recommendation: If you not super rich dont bother.
