Fed up with lack of response/no interest in resolving my issues/cancellation

I have called customer services that many times, I can't even think to say how many times I have been taken through a whole raft of people, to be told yes they'll deal with my complaint, then got cut off! You have my number, but never call me back - never once has this fiasco been resolved on the telephone. I have been promised that you have cancelled my original order that many times, that I sometimes believed it. However, for some strange reason, beyond all of the recorded phone calls, I still keep getting the following email reminders to pay for a service that was never delivered. the modem is still in the box, as you completely mucked up my new tenancy with previous tenants still in situ in March 2021. I have NO INTEREST in calling you up, nor to respond to your threats that you are going to stop my service if I do not pay! I do not have your service, so what exactly are you going to stop! However, I would like the original payment returned to me, and for you to stop sending my emails chasing me for a product that you can obviously not supply. All details of my original order will no doubt be below. Please stop harassing me, and please supply a refund. Thank you. Kind regards Linda Young Linda Young User's recommendation: Don't bother!
