Feather robe

I'm very disappointed in the service of this store. I placed an order and paid for two days shipping it's been 7 days later and I did not receive my item. I tried contacting the company via email as they requested but never got a response. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I did keep my order receipt and will go forward in retrieving my full refund.
