I got an H2OFF long raincoat a few months ago from LLB. It is pretty but rain soaks right through. Not waterproof in the least. I tried to return it. It fell into the returns period (1 year) stipulated on their website. But no go. I called to verify shipping info and was transferred to returns. The lady I spoke with was curt, rude, unprofessional, and stated they would not accept the return. Now I need to buy another raincoat. I thought this was supposed to be a reputable company??? User's recommendation: One of the "L's" in LL Bean is for Liar - stay away!
