Faulty watch Longines will not acknowledge issue.

From the first month of ownership, the longines watch needed a new battery and has had 6 battery replacements in 5 years. Longines offered to diagnose the problem, then said there was no issue with the watch and then charged me $80. It’s been 1 year since then and the watch has stopped again. Longines refuse to acknowledge the problem.
