Faulty Tree & Terrible Customer Service/Warranty

We bought a 12 foot, $700 dollar Polygroup Christmas tree. After one year of use 5 out of 6 sections stopped working. Some were completely out. Some sections were half out. Some of the bulbs were on but were just super dim. After trouble shooting, trying to replace bulbs (which by the way is impossible) they told me they would replace my tree and the warranty department would call me to sort this. I never heard from them. Three months later after many of my own initiated calls, they inform me they will not replace the tree. They said a supervisor would call me. Nope. HORRIBLE company and product. Fortunately for me Costco is an AWESOME company and they are refunding my money and because Polygroup is so awful. Zero rating should be an option. User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST.
