Purchased glasses from enthusiastic salesperson. A pair of Prada circa $400nzd. From Auckland, Albany Mall. Sold to me with the promise of 12 month warranty and oops cover (50% off replacement pair) in the event of accidental damage. The screw fell out of glasses (twice) and SH refused to live up to either of these promises. Consumer rights... shocking, User's recommendation: Dont shop here.
