Faulty pistol

I bought an ultra carry II 9 mm and the ammunition will not feed in the barrel. I have tried four brands of ammo with the same results. Obviously this gun has never been fired. Please contact me for an RMA to return for repair or replacement. I have waited several times on your customer service number and been disconnected each time
