Faulty peices

Purhased a Mainstays 10 Shelf Organizer Shoe Rack with Cover, White From walmart assembled it correctly within a few days it had fallen to the side. It was not overloaded n on stable floor i looked at it to find the problem and several of the plastic connecters were split . As stated it was not overloaded and i have no explanation on why they were split other then faulty parts.
