This is regarding the phone Redmi note 6 purchased on your site (2 gud). We have been consistently following with the Help centre but unable to reach your contact. The phone is under warranty as you can see in the invoice attached. The phone had a problem in working suddenly due to some technical issue. we had gone to Mi service center and found display , battery and charge pins were faulty and we had to change for cost of Rs.4500.
