Whatever you do, please do not try to get approved for a loan through this company. They are the worst. I was supposed to close on my home 3-25-21 and 2 days before closing, they're scrambling telling me they don't have my documents. Documents like, paystubs and W-2's and bank statements. Which I had forwarded to them a month before supposed closing date. I'm rushing trying to get documents over to them to meet the closing deadline and they don't approve the loan!! After being in contract for the home for 6 months waiting for it to be built!! They are unorganized and incompetent!! They knew my monthly income and credit score months before closing date!!! And didn't approve for income reasons!! Lies Lies! User's recommendation: Don't Go With This Company.
