Faulty eye glass frames

Four weeks ago my daughter ordered new glasses and frames. She had to wait Four Weeks for them. She finally got them this past Friday. She kept saying they did not feel right, after taking care of business at two other stores, she complaned about the glasses slipping down. We went back to get them adjusted. She still said the glasses did not feel right, when she got off work Monday ske came home and showed me where the frames had been broken and mended. They were sold as new. Is this how LensCrafters does business? User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
