Frequently shop on this channel and purchased a couple of christmas items that are cheap and did not work. They wouldn't if give a credit or apologize for the *** product. I guess the billions they make are not enough they even have to cheat their customers. TSC HAS A RATING OF NEGATIVE ZERO ....I'll stick with Amazon their client service is NUMBER One. User's recommendation: Never buy from TSC.
