They wiped us by saying the item was not covered under the warranty period. BS. Fabric and materials 2 years OK: Frame 10 years OK: Motor and hydraulic lift NOT COVERED even though it's PART OF THE FRAME They didn't tell us the truth at time of purchase ten. So: If this complaints stops just one person from purchasing Freedom Products then my complaint is worth it even though they reneged and didn't honor our claim. User's recommendation: DO NOT BY FROM FRREDOM or any of the Other brands under that Company's umbrella.
