DSLD Homes knows that one of the sub-contractors they use for HVAC Bell's Heating and AC is not installing the HVAC system properly so there is leakage coming through the ceiling and you will have to replace the AC system in the 1st 5 years of being in the house to the tune of 5K and they basically say the warranty is done and it's no longer their problem! I will never purchase another home from DSLD! User's recommendation: Have an inspection done prior to purchase paying special attention to how the HVAC system is installed.
