Father’s Day Presents deliver day before and poor quality

Hi, my son (Rishav Panda) sent Father's Day present in India which he mentioned to deliver on 5th September (Father's Day in Australia). But it was deliver on 4th September afternoon. When I spoke to the customer service they said that they do not deliver on Sundays. In that case when we are selecting the date why there system is giving us the option to select delivery days on Sundays. Also they are mentioning that they deliver any day. The product quality is very poor. We could have paid Amazon or other shopping site 50% less than this site with quality product, if we do not required that specific date. We got few emails beforehand which says delivery date will be as per our request. Neither they compensate nor apologised at all. Customer care communication is also very rude.
