Ordered on May 2nd 2020 received my order on May 6th 2020 ! Super fast shipping, and they were the right size and where brand new, No problems ! Phone system was too busy but online chat responds in a minute. Even though my order still said in process the whole time my order was shipped, delivered and finalized very quickly. User's recommendation: Highly Recommend Rack Room Shoes.
