Fan purchased

Two fan I purchased same kind same model. Both fan are working but they are interfere when use in one room both get turned on there is no way to change the code because inside the fan receiver has no codes to change. Customer service staff told me if they are on the same floor it would not work. You have to purchase another universal remote control in order to make that work. This was surprising I have never experienced in my life. They give reference no 314****. User's recommendation: Don’t buy two fans same kind to avoid this matter.
