On July 1, 2020, Sling Tv promised a 1-Year Price Guarantee to "existing accounts" good through Aug 2021. Today they charged me the new price, did not honor the 'guarantee'. The chat rep stated that because I changed my package I had to pay the newly increased rate. The press release said NOTHING ABOUT PACKAGES, IT JUST SAID EXISTING ACCOUNTS". THEY LIED. User's recommendation: Do not believe them. Like every other tv provider they raise rates and do lie about pricing.
