I had an open case with lawrence county dhr and it was supposed to be closing around the end of this month and was supposed to be getting my son back but since there was a well fare call to dhr by my mother on my behalf, my case was extended without notice and my 5-month-old son's caseworker was switched and now I have a court date set for april 17th. I honestly just want my son back and i'm not being given a fair chance to do so. Lawrence county dhr just doesn't want me to get him back so when my mother called, they wrote it down and didn't even call or come by to let me know what was going on which isn't fair at all!!! It's not right that because my mother wanted to check on me that now i'm having false domestic violence claims against me. Plus, my son wasn't even present!!! This needs to be handled as soon as possible!!
