False date for cruise, no refund

I did a cruise reservation with Expedia for our anniversary. there was no cruise at that date. We only knew a-day before the cruise date. I called customer service and asked for refund. It took me more than one month , over 20 calls and hours of waiting to finally get Expedia to issue a refund. Very bad experience. I wish i can give it 0 stars. User's recommendation: Do not use it. It’s unprofessional.
