False booking, service not provided

Hello! I used this platform this August and here what has happened: First, I booked a room and waited for 1 month for the contract to be sent. My money was taken from my account. I wrote thousands of emails and HousingAnywhere assured me that the room was successfully booked. However, before moving in they sent me an email that it was a double booking and I was left without any accommodation at all at last minute. Be careful! After that, I found another room on their website and booked it again. The room did not correspond to the reality at all. I tried to contact the support to help me but they deleted my account and never answered. Good job.
