This is part of my complaint to the GA dept of law consumer protection. Dell is continuing to engage in false advertising and fraud in order to sell computers. I hope this will be enough to establish a pattern that will enable your office to take some decisive action. I was VERY clear with the sales rep Alisha Khan and was assured that the computer I was ordering was made in the United States, in Texas. I asked several times to make sure. When I look at the tracking number I see it was shipped from Mexico. I spoke with Saqhib Kahn in their customer service who was no help except to confirm that the computer was misrepresented. Can nothing be done about the blatant repetitive fraud committed by Dell sales people?
